Manufacturing is carried out on the site of Déhanne at Lamballe (Côtes d'Armor). It primarily consists of small girder type frames, ventilation casings, doors, windows and ceilings (DIFUL'R ®).
ROSE-ELUDIS CHARPENTE has always been in the forefront, contributing to the progress of the various technical processes of the profession. For this, we wanted to prolong our taste for innovation by setting up this website.

The origin of the company goes back to 1949 with the creation at Saint GOUENO (Côtes d'Armor) by Mr. Lucien ROSE of a joinery workshop.
1991 : With the growth of the business, Mr. Michel ROSE transferred the activity to the industrial park of LAMBALLE (Côtes d'Armor). A first plot of land of 23,000 m2 was bought alongside the RENNES BREST dual carriageway. The selected site made it possible to make the ROSE Group better known and favour its development. This installation required an investment of 2,300,000 Euro(FF15,000,000).

1994 : Communication federates around the name ROSE Group "To build better". The ROSE Company turnover then reaches 9,452, 000 Euro(FF62,000,000).
1995 : PROTAC OUEST, a company that machines and treats wood, is founded at LAMBALLE on the LANJOUAN zone near the registered office of the ROSE Group.
The clients of this company are :
- subsidiary companies of the group, both for its Leisure department, IMATEX, which proposes a range of shelters, chalets, light leisure constructions (HLL) and environment products, autoclave treated, and ROSE Charpente to treat the girders of the livestock buildings.
- and principal trading groups of the Great West of France.
1996 : Since October 1996, the ROSE Company has had a new organisation :
At its head, the ROSE Group Holding which controls the strategic orientations of the various subsidiary companies, and SNC ROSE Management who coordinate actions (finances, human resources). The group is directed by Michel ROSE. Then 3 subsidiary companies devoted exclusively to specific sectors of activity :
- PROTAC OUEST, a company machining and treating timber
- ROSE ELUDIS CHARPENTE : a company constructing and marketing livestock buildings and manufacturing garden shelters.
- IMATEX/ LA CLEF DES CHAMPS : a company marketing garden shelters, light leisure constructions, chalets, environment products.
The PROTAC OUEST activity has continued to grow with the acquisition of new machining equipment to continue to satisfy the subcontracting market for dealers. The IMATEX company has opened 2 new marketing sites:
- 1 site in Morbihan at Lanester
- 1 site in Ille et Vilaine at Pacé.
1997 : the IMATEX company settles in a dome-space (round house) surrounded by an exhibition on the LAMBALLE site...
1998 : The IMATEX activity develops with the creation and marketing of a small "Breton model" house adapted for the second home.
2000 : The commercial name "CLE DES CHAMPS" of the IMATEX Company becomes "ROSE LOISIRS".
2001 : IMATEX / ROSE LOISIRS becomes a separate unit. It sells, manufactures and installs garden shelters, Breton models, garages and environment products...
2002 : The progression of the leisure activity requires an extension for manufacture and storage. So IMATEX invests in a new building near the present site at LAMBALLE.
2003 : PROTAC OUEST has continued to extend the covered storage area and, this year brought a second autoclave into service.
The ROSE group employs approximately 150 people today and uses the services of twenty or so self-employed workers. It has a turnover of approximately 25,000,000 Euro (FF164,000,000).

Thanks to our engineering and design department, we can carry out all types of building projects.
We are in constant evolution in response to the needs expressed by our customers.
The department has powerful softwares to optimise the projects. Each order is unique and its creation takes into account the integration of the building into its environment.
ROSE ELUDIS CHARPENTE installs on average 500 m² of pig farm housing per day. ROSE ELUDIS CHARPENTE's skills and know-how are recognised by the profession.
Provisioning: timber machined and treated from the PROTAC OUEST factory.
Establishment of the ground plan and assembly of the girders by stainless steel connectors and fixing by press.
Manufacture and preparation of doors and casings in the workshop.
Storage prior to delivery. Delivery by ROSE ELUDIS CHARPENTE's own vehicles in France and Europe.
Our creations integrate perfectly into the environment.
